Good location. Right on the beach. Very peaceful and quiet. We were very comfortable. The employees were very nice and professional. The mall is across the way on the other side of the road. Parking is located on property with option for valet. Older hotel but charming. We would stay here again!
What a good service and in good clean rooms every day and good location it's A 15 minute walk next to kosher groceries and restaurants.Walking distance to young Isreal shul was very nice and friendly kiddish

Great place to stay. This hotel was built in 1948, and has been kept in fantastic condition and updated. It still feels classy and doesnt have the sticker shock of the other nearby hotels in Bal Harbour. The chandelier in the lobby is iconic, and the pool area in the back is fantastic. The beach behind the hotel along with the pool deck both have complimentary beach chairs, towels, umbrellas, and tables. Overall 4.5/5, as one of the sheets in my room had a visible stain on them but nothing serious.
I really like the hotel. It’s on a good location and rooms are big (2 walking closets) mine has a kitchen well provided. I’d like to highlight the staff who is super friendly specially the Argentinian ladies at breakfast. Only downside is that the beach is under construction.
The building is from 1940 and has been beautifully maintained. The staff is friendly if you are to them (imagine that.) I felt well taken care of at the bar and the rooms were always reserved when we came back from the beach. Pool bar is open 12-5, bit early in my opinion. Pool is open from 9-5 but they don't enforce it. That's the good, the bad: hot water takes a very long time to come to the shower. It gets there, it just takes a long time. The ugly? They have a residential apartment that has had construction on and off for the last 6 years. Construction was taking place during our stay and if you get a room on that side of the building you are guaranteed an eyesore filled with construction materials, waste, and machinery. On the plus side, you will also still have a view of the beach! Honestly who's spending the day looking at the beach from their room anyway? Beds are comfy, pillows are supportive, and if you're tech savvy you can set the thermostat lower than 70 The last item on my list is something that can be improved! There are free beach chairs and umbrellas that they will set up for you- towels included. They should invest in new beach umbrellas. The ones they have are exhausted and bring the whole vibe down. I had a very nice stay overall and if I needed to stay here again I would!
We had a wonderful experience during our week long stay. Laid back with a quiet atmosphere. Staff were very friendly and provided every need. Rooms were cleaned daily with plenty of towels. The room was large and comfy. The beach was just steps away where we used loungers, towels, and an umbrella daily. Coffee shop was convenient for morning breakfast. We did have a room close to the elevators, which caused us to hear a slight rumble now and then. The heated pool is large with a 9ft deep end and plenty of seating. This week, there was construction happening on the building next door; however, construction didn't start until 9 and ended at about 4:30. We spent most of the day at the beach and then enjoyed the pool later in the afternoon. You can not hear any noise from the beach. One thing to mention is that there is a separate walkway and elevator in the basement that "bathers" are expected to use instead of walking through the lobby. Took a little investigation to find the route. This could have been explained at check-in. Overall, it was a great experience and a much needed getaway!
I loved my stay at the Sea View Hotel in Miami! The location is perfect, the staff is extremely helpful, and the hotel has a very family-friendly and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant food is excellent, especially the breakfast, and the restaurant staff is also very kind. The room is spacious, and the price is great for the area. I will definitely come back and have already recommended the hotel to friends who, like me, appreciate a quiet environment.
